Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes Gets Official Price Drop

The only way I'm buying GZ or TPP is if TPP's price gets cut by the amount they are charging for GZ. GZ should have been included as part of TPP for $60. If you let them sell you a prologue for $30 ($20 now), what is next? They'll turn the game episodic and sell you act 1 for $30, then Act 2 for $30, all the way to Act 5 or whatever, and you end up paying 3 times as much as you would for the same game. Then they'll charge you for the conclusion/epilogue, another $30.

Sorry Kojima, but I won't stand for this. You say you released GZ to "tide us over" while we wait for TPP, but how is a 2 hour game going to tide us over for 18 months? 2 hours that we have to pay $30 for the priviledge of playing? I hope TPP tanks, and no other develop starts getting ideas about selling the prologue separately.

Anyone and everyone. Explain to me, why you assume this is a demo. Because as far as I'm concerned, it's not a demo.
Since when have you seen a demo contain as much content, detail and polish as this? Because I sure as sin haven't.

P.T. was a demo - it was polished, but it didn't have much content, and it was demonstrative of the potential game's play style.

The only way in which MGSV:GZ is even close to a demo is its demonstration of the gameplay. Nothing more.
Yes, its main mission is short, but there are more missions to do outside that, and there are, simply, too many things in it to call it a demo.

Oh, and I've bought Blu-Rays that are more expensive than this. I paid £25, and I got more than my money's worth.

I am waiting until it is 5 or no buy. It is a DEMO!

Take away the quality/length of the game, how can a game be more expensive digitally? I just dont get it. The cost to get the content to the consumer is more with physical media. Its just baffling!

Konami can go and #$%^ themselves. It should have been free since it's nothing but a short demo. Not even worth $20. Simply trying to milk their fanboys. The fact that they purposely gimped the XB1 version by simplying porting the game from the PS4 instead of creating it from the ground up using all of the power of the system is unforgiveable. Then Kojima comes out and does PR and marketing for the PS4 version and bashes his own game on the other platforms, just shows us how biased and ignorant this fool really is. Myself and many other gamers lost respect for him after that fiasco. I won't be wasting my money of any MGS games in the future.

On amazon its between £18 and £23 still :O depending which system.

Well it's down to the price it should have been from the start. By this point I have lost interest though. May as well wait until the mgsv / gz collection releases which will pack both games together.

I enjoyed Metal Gear Solid Ground Zero's even though it was short. But I understood from the beginning that this was just a teaser. I had hoped to be playing Metal Gear The Phantom pain this holiday season. But it looks like this game will be ready for 2015 Christmas.

So if anyone still hasn't played Ground Zero's $20.00 for a very short game. or more of a Demo. I guess this is the a good of a time to do so.

Kojima should be kicked in the balls for charging $ for a demo.
