With Marvel's Spider-Man 2 releasing October 20, now's a great time to revisit the first entry in the series. And if you're interested in playing it on PC, Newegg has a stellar deal on Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered Steam keys. You can snag a Steam key for only $30 today only (June 16). This is the lowest price ever for the remaster on PC.

To get the full discount, you have to enter promo code SSZCTA622 when checking out.

If you miss out on Newegg's deal, Fanatical is selling Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered Steam keys for $34.79 until next Wednesday, June 21.

If you have a Steam Deck, Marvel's Spider-Man is verified and runs pretty darn well on Valve's handheld. Of course, to get the most out of this PS5 port you'll need a powerful gaming desktop PC or laptop. Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered has a bunch of great features on PC, including ray tracing, ultrawide monitor support, and Nvidia's DLSS technology that dynamically upscales resolution.

We came away extremely impressed with the remaster's move from PlayStation 5 to PC. "Whether swinging through the streets of New York or admiring the details in Central Park, Spider-Man Remastered can look noticeably better on a powerful PC than on console," critic Alessandro Barbosa wrote in our Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered review update. You can even take advantage of the DualSense controller's haptic feedback and adaptive triggers while playing on PC.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 preorders go live today, June 16.

It was even cheaper on GMG and Gamebillet. Just wait a little for it to drop a bit more. This price is not worth it imo.

Somebody help me out here. I keep seeing older articles on the internet that Spider-Man is being released in Oct 2022 on Xbox. However, when I check on this, there is absolutely no news. I can't even perform a google search to successfully get an answer on a release date or if the news is accurate.

Normally I'd just say they're referring to a different Spider-Man game, or even that there was a single source of bad information, but the old news is everywhere about this possible release and there is no new news about its release.

I am very confused on this title, especially because I thought this was a Sony exclusive.

This price is a bad joke. And it's a celebrated price at that. goodgod!

A remaster should be 1/2 price out the gate compared to other AAA titles.

Remasters games people need/want.

Last of Us & Spiderman are just a few years old and easilly hold up.

~Something like Fallout3 & esp NewVegas & Oblivion are starting to get outdated for sure.

~Warlords is seriously outdated.

~Batman Arkham Origins is a nightmare on PC & looks dated on 360/ps3

~StarWars Jedi Knight,Outcast&Academy,,Jedi Starfighter could use remaster

~Bond Goldeneye was probably the est couch co op shooter experience me & friends had... Sure Halo1 was better but we will never beat that peak happy/fun we had with Blunted Goldeneye.

~Twisted Metal 1 or 2

~PS3 resistance games.

~ALL HAIL= SOCOM 2+3. Best MP experience. RainbowSix Vegas was a blast too.

i didn't mean to turn this into some wishlist..

@sippio: Goldeneye was fully remade for 360 with dual stick. I played it in full and it was very refreshing. Id never touch the n64 version again.

@sippio: $40 for this game seems pretty fair if you haven't played it before, I'm grateful Sony is bringing games to PC at all and supporting that will help incentivize future releases.
