Just to confirm that all these titles have DLCs/Season Passes/etc... and like all business practice do you priced the upfront cost low so you get more or you recover the rest from the "subscriptions".

Just know that so you don't get disappointed later or feel like you're being forced to spend more. Plan and spend wisely, know what you're getting into, and you'll be fine if you so choose.

and oh yeah.... customer support is really the worst... so make sure you can take care of any potential problems yourself, don't expect anything (or too high) is the motto here.

Ubisoft games are all trash, no exceptions. Buy at your own risk.

Buy South Park SOT because it's the most you'll ever laugh playing a video game. Avoid all the other games in this article because 1. UPlay and 2. They're all the exact same game with a different skin on them.

... "But Black Flag has boats in it!" ... yes and one added feature does not make a new game.

@sm_mayo: half of black flag is ship battles, it's also got the best locations and gameplay in the series.

Story is a little forgettable, but the game doesn't revolve around story like some of the other entries in the series do.

@sm_mayo: oh wait R6 Siege is a different game. Guess you could buy that if you're willing to put up with UPlay.

You still have to use that Uplay BS, don't you? That's why I stopped buying anything from them. I am tired of having a billion programs to run games. I now have Valve's Steam, EA's Origin, Ubisoft's Uplay, and GoG (for Witcher III). It's a total pain. I greatly enjoy Steam and wish all the company's used Steam so all PC games can be on a universal list or SOMETHING.

@laytonoid: You don't have to use GOG Galaxy - you can install GOG games via files downloaded manually. Patches can be applied in the same way. You have a choice.

Many people seem to hate it but I'd definitely recommend AC: Unity for that price.

@silversix_: Just recently played through Far Cry 4, Watch Dogs and AC: Syndicate and had zero problems what so ever.

PC gamers tend to hate on Ubisoft, but I've actually never had any problems with their products.

@R4gn4r0k: >PC gamers tend to hate on Ubisoft,

And it's justified. Everytime Ubisoft ports their games on PC, they are a buggy, unoptimized, downgraded mess on top of their mediocre game. It's not that PC gamers hate on Ubisoft. It's Ubisoft who hates PC gamers as Ubisoft CEO said himself and it got leaked.

@R4gn4r0k: I had a problem with Far Cry 3, It was impossible to get the game running no matter what I tried, then I discovered the reason why the game didn't work was because its DX11 was terribly optimized, switched it to DX9 and had no problems after that, and then there is AC4 which pretty much couldn't reach stable 60fps, I used D3D Ovverdrive which mostly fixed the problem but the game does tend to fall down to the lower 50s in crowded and dense places (and I have an OC'd i5 2500k and a GTX 970 AND 16GB ram), and then there was Assassin's Creed Unity, and then there is Uplay with its cloud saving save game deleting issue that has not been fixed for years, and their costumer support is shit, so people do have a reason to not like Ubisoft very much, never EVER buy a product at full price from ubisoft.

@Dark_sageX: Or, stop buying products from them altogether? You know, the reasonable reaction to the list of things you've experienced with their products. But hey, none of my business getting between a fool being parted with his money.
