Free FIFA 14 on Xbox One only with Day One Edition preorders

just played the demo on the 360....what the hell did EA do to the phisics....I hope when the game comes out its better than this

I'm assuming from all the vilification of Microsoft here that most of the commenters are Sony shareholders since there's no other reason that someone would try so hard to put a negative spin on a free game. Its ridiculous how personal you all get over a console launch. Xbox was probably more popular (at least in the UK) to start and PS3 probably caught up to it. Its looking like it'll be the other way around this time. But so what, its just a fucking console and you have no personal gain out of which one does better vs the other so stfu and stop moaning about how Microsoft are "greedy whores trying to buy their customer base."

All the europeans that are Fifa fans have been playing it all these years on PS3. I really doubt this will change their mind even if it's a free copy, the console is still 40euro more expensive.

So they will still buy a PS4 instead because it appeals to them more. I may be wrong with this assumption, but all my friends at least in my country have always been either PC or Playstation players.

MS can afford to do these things while sony will be trying to get you to give them stuff broke ass company MS FOR THE WIN

If the One is delayed in Europe until 2014, shouldn't the free game be Fifa '15?

EA and Microsoft are both greedy companies. This is just a cheap way of getting people to buy their console.

So basically buy an Xbox One to get a game and THEN discover how terrible the system is.

How about buying a PS4 instead, which is 100 EUR cheaper and with those saved 100 EUR you buy yourself FIFA 14 and an additional controller ?

Sounds more reasonable to do that instead, especially considering all that false marketing and false advertisement (and "180's" and lies) that Microsoft pulled off recently.

By the time the XBone actually hits the store shelves it'll be an empty box with nothing inside if they proceed at that rate.

I'm crazy jealous of Europe for this offer.. here's hoping North America gets a similar one!

They are giving away Fifa 14 in Europe because console will come "LATER" on some Europe countries even they were their "Launch Countries".

They are working on "LOCAL" Language for Kinect and Dashboard.

I wish they would offer a game for the North American market. Not sure which game, but it seems a bit unfair to exclude your core market share, just because it is your core market share. You would think they would treat the North American market even better. I was hoping to hear an announcement at PAX, but no dice.
