The new match engine is an improvement but still can't play the way I want but must exploit the a.i. to win.

Victory for DRM-ing a game to high hell unfortunately, I know a lot of people who wouldn't have bought this game if it weren't for pirates taking so long to crack. Fair enough I guess, but the thing is, my legitimate, store bought copy rarely works thanks to all the checks I have to do to play the game. Next year will be the first since 2005 that I won't buy FM

Heard the game engine is pretty poor. Was always a CM man myself.

i found FM2012 much more appealing .. FM13 has so many minor frustration points that pile up on moment ..... aaand my keyboard is broken :)

I haven't bought the last 3 games, but fm native on linux?! Another must buy for Q4 2013. Time to pester friends and family about it, can't wait for the awesome online cross-play sessions.

not to break the enthusiasm here,but these guys make the football manager's CoD.New game,same shit,the AI of the players is abysmal after 5 years of improvements,the game still has so many glitches it's not even funny.Very little progress in one year,they should just ask like 20 $ for it,not the price of the full game.(btw i have over 2000 hours in the series,so i'm not a random hater)

Managed to get Ipswich promoted and into a Europa league spot within 3 seasons. That will most certainly be going on my CV
