Open-world zombie game State of Decay will add its first expansion--Breakdown--on November 29, developer Undead Labs has announced. The DLC will be available that day on Xbox Live and PC for $7.

"Our first expansion comes largely from you and your dreams," Undead Labs said about Breakdown. "Less story, more survival. Long-term survival. More difficulty. New achievements, survivors, and weapons. We hope you have as much fun with it as we have."

Alongside the arrival of the Breakdown DLC on November 29 will be State of Decay's fourth title update, featuring various bug fixes and a new loot distribution system. For PC players, a new remappable keybind feature will arrive a few days before the expansion and title update.

State of Decay originally launched in June for Xbox 360, before coming to PC in September (through Steam Early Access) and officially earlier this month. The game has sold over 1 million copies to date across both platforms.
