Call of Duty: Black Ops soundtrack detailed

@shafe-man honestly i heard Black ops soundtrack just today & it was surprisingly good , specially (06 Dwarka) i loved that track, actually loved the whole game & i think COD is back on track with Black ops ;)

@why_we_die Haven't you heard the music? It's the best (or one of the best to avoid problems) soundtracks for Call of Duty game I've seen. It adds greatly to the atmosphere and mood of the levels.

No Harry Gregson Williams = No COD feeling . i am so glade that Harry wasnt involved in Activision's Garbage for the last 3 years .

All I care about is that they fix the spawn tubing like World at War allow players to vote against other players (I'm tired of people carrying on like a jerk/idiot and you still have to play with them) FYI codename-60091...you're coming off like a fruitcake, lay off the caps and exclamation points chief. And is it just me or does the guy on the right look like Jerry Mitchell from the "3 O'clock High" movie? He even dresses the same. lol

I AM BUYING THIS GAME FOR SURE!!!!! COD FRANCHISE HAD PROVEN TO ME THAT EVERY SERIES IS NOT BORING BUT FUN!!! EVERYONE BUY!!!

The game isn't really out yet and Activision is already pumping out merchandise like these. I know that Call of Duty games and other extras had sold well in the past, but I wouldn't be this confident if I am marketing products for Activision. Warriors of Rock didn't have sales as strong as the previous Guitar Hero games, and that should have been a wake-up call to Activision, even if Call of Duty belongs to a different genre of games.

Thats good to know, WaW had alot of good things, it's soundtrack was one of them. This game seems to be getting better every day now. Even better since it's only days away now.

This will no doubt rival Zimmer's work on "MW 2" which was surprisingly exceptional work from the over-used composer. However, as always Activision Blizzard know how to turn a profit by selling the soundtrack (whereas 2K and THQ gave "BioShock" and "DoW II" soundtracks, respectively away for free). @Gambit110 Keep up buddy. Pirate Bay has been shut down.

@Gambit110 LOL!! and as of WAW music wasn't great at all. I don't know why it sounded like a horror movie or something?! I wish this edition of COD will have more energetic audio and music. who cares about the Vampire slayer when ur playing multiplayer online!? .. it goes well with vampire mode. but the intro to all of WAW's online maps were so ugly to the ears. Although i can't describe how eager i am to be playing blackops right now, this is the only thing i'm not so enthusiastic about "Music" in the game. The music in WAW was UGLY! ..

I wish they had got Clint Mansell to do the soundtrack, his music is moving without being overwhelming, if you don't believe me look up Lux Aeterna on youtube.

I liked W@W's music, so I have some hope for the soundtrack in Black Ops. I also hope the campaign won't feel as dull as MW2 was at times, then again maybe I'm just growing tired of FPS campaigns...

Ah yes, feels like an old friend coming to visit.. for like 6 months. And he's bringing zombies. And that's okay. Bwaaaaains.

i loved WAW music in the richstag when you rise the sovit flag on the german parlement the last level of the game.

I liked the WaW zombie DLC music from their trailer/music video things, other than that nothing stands out too much.

I like symphonic metal , lets see how this "dark symphonic" goes with the missions.

All I remember from World at War was some terrible Metal music that did not fit in with the atmosphere of the game (and I love Metal).

World at War had one good piece of music, and that was the Russian Campaign theme. Other than that, W@W's soundtrack wasn't that great. Modern Warfare 2's, on the other hand... that was pretty legit.

Wow. The music won't be memorable then. WaW had some of the WORST game music. 8 bit Mario was better.
