Buy Watch Dogs 2, Get The Division Free Right Now

Two Ubisoft games for the price of one.

Retailer GameStop has rolled out a new promotion where you can get a free copy of The Division when you buy Watch Dogs 2. The deal is good until December 24, so you'll need to act quickly.

This promotion works on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Watch Dogs 2 (but not PC), and you'll get a copy of The Division for the same platform. The fine print mentions that the offer is only good on new, physical copies of Watch Dogs 2, and that it cannot be combined with other offers.

Watch Dogs 2's first expansion, the T-Bone Content Bundle, came out this week for PS4 and arrives in late January for Xbox One and PC. It comes with a new Mayhem co-op challenge, a new Grenadier enemy type, T-bone's signature clothes, and a modded school bus vehicle.

As for The Division, the game has improved over the past few months with major patches. The game's newest expansion, Survival, launched on PS4 this week following its release on Xbox One and PC.

Oh man, I SO wish I could have this on XBL. Ive wanted the division all year and I have Watch Dogs 2 on PC which has horrible optimization with my GTX 970...

Fingers crossed they put this on Discounts with Gold next week

I got METRO 2033 and Last Light REDUX for 6 dollars. Best Deal this year

@Flyin3lvl: Gotta love how some console gamers don't really know what makes PC the master race, so they're like "Dev X didn't make a PC version? LOL, master race. Game Y has bugs on PC? LOL, master race. Promotion Z is not available on PC version? LOL, master race."

PC is the master race because of it's upgradability allowing it to always perform better than consoles, ASSUMING that the developer doesn't F up the game with poorly written code (usually down to lazy porting of code without optimizing for PC, in turn usually the result of budgetary constraints or lack of experience)... oh and the fact that without PCs, consoles would have no games. What do you think your console games are produced on? on XBOXes and Playstations? LOL.

Don't do it. WD2 had a price drop, you can buy it cheaper separately elsewhere. GS thinks they're slick.

That's another reason why physical media will continue to sell well. ( besides lack of unlimited data and very high speed net in other places in the world besides the USA, UK or whatever it's called now lol, Australia etc ) How many copies would UBI sell if they offered that deal in digital format? Who knows, they won't do that. Yet.

I can't believe how fast the game price drops lately!

It's been common for ubisoft and their Assassin's Creed / Farcry licence but now it seems to hit almost every game studios.
(Except maybe Nintendo which refuses to lower any prices unless it gets into their "classic" lineups)

I saw FF XV at 49$ (Canadian dollars which would be 39$ US.)
Dishonored 2 same thing.
Watch Dogs 2 same thing.
Overwatch too.
Uncharted 4.
And the list goes on...

They did raise the starting price of games (We used to pay 59$/69$ canadian upon releases in the past years and now have to shed 79,99$ Can.) but they make the game prices go down often and much quicker than they used to...

For those who do grab the games early, it's a shame, for those who can wait some it's a good thing! =D
