Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag revealed

Sounds like a interesting concept but UBI please put AC on the back burner and put something else out too much of the same franchise is always a bad thing no matter how good the quality of the game is...

Do we need an AC every year? AC III was a crap fest. I found it extremely dull. I know, don't buy it. I won't! :)

I might actually play this one, sounds interesting.

Boo. I wanted to see a French revolution game. What happened to picking interesting time periods hmmm?

Pirates are more open minded when it comes to things in my eyes. Samurai have the honor, respect, training. Samurai's are like Jedi knights, they respect and protect, they are stealthy, patient and tend to think before they act. Pirates tend to do the opposite i think. Don't get me wrong, Pirates are ok and it would be a change, but i just can't see a pirate assassin unless its an assassin fighting pirates. Samurai will be more of a challenge but again, it will just be swords again, but the style, the clothes, the theme. Samurai's are more ancient, although, the codes they have to follow can be slightly over the top lol

He also appears to be the only one to actually follow a Creed.

Naval battles were the best part of AC3. However after AC3 they need to stop and think about what there making cause it it wasn't that good. I agree that AC2 was proably the best overall, but the original setting in AC1 was my favorite. This yearly thing has been ruining the series since Brotherhood. If there making a pirate game i think they should make it a new franchise based on the AC3 boat engine. and they could do that in the off years for AC

I wanna jump onto an enemy's ship, stab everyone onboard, loot the dang ship,stab some civilians, and loose synchronization with Desmond! I also wanna conquer enemy lands!

Mixing Pirate Franchsie with Assassin franchise is as good as mixing beef meat with horse meat.

Pirates game with enchanced naval battles from Assassin III - Ohhh yesss count me in. Pirates game mixed with Assassin franchise - not so sure though.

More AC's are a GOOD thing! At least you get a rich deep story in every AC. Yes Ubisoft, give us MORE!

Four Assassin Creeds too many

Too many games! Please just let this series die with some amount of respect and honor.

I think it is time to move on. AC3 was alright but the series has gotten stale. AC2 and Brotherhood were great but the mechanics are tired now. I get why studios don't want to go through the trouble of inventing an entirely new brand. It's challenging and there is already guaranteed money here but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be attempted. Don't kill a franchise for the sake of profits...

AC3 was rubbish. The boat was fun but any longer on it and it would have got boring... This idea is bad. Scrap the franchise and start on something new.

So the new conversation starter will be so are you going to get "ASS CREED: Pirate Edition"?! hahaa..gahd please..from the Renaissance Period, To .. for some reason Native Americans.. To now THIS. Why not make a "samurai" period version of the game where you literally play a "NINJA".

i loved the pirate missions.

I think a high seas adventure would be a fantastic idea for the series, if for no other reason than being able to use it as a means to travel between a variety of locations that previous entries couldn't really manage.

I think It's going to be about Edward Kenway, Haytham's father... He was an Assassin and a Corsary
